State Employee Sick Leave Bank
The Employee Sick Leave Bank (SLB) provides sick leave to qualifying members who are medically unable to perform the duties of their jobs.
The SLB is administered by the Tennessee Department of Human Resources and in order to enroll you must be a full-time state employee for 12 consecutive months and have at least six days of sick leave by November 1 of your enrollment year. New members must contribute four sick leave days to enroll.
